How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. We take our average shipping within the continental U.S. and deduct that amount from the actual carrier rate required to ship to your location. The difference is what you see at checkout. No upcharges. Just the real cost to get your kennel to you.
Does the shipping cost include duties or other import charges? (Canada only)
No. Any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by Canadian customs are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected upon delivery.
What shipping methods do we use?
We select the carrier and service based on the best available rates. For larger items going to Alaska and Hawaii we use FedEx 2-Day, and for Canada we use FedEx International Ground. All smaller accessories (knurled bolts, tie down kits, etc.) ship via USPS to all locations.
What’s your return policy?
Our regular return policy still applies, you can find it here. Just keep in mind that return shipping costs will be higher for addresses outside the continental U.S. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you ship to APOs?
APO addresses must be quoted separately due to their shipping requirements. Please contact our team for a quote.
