Warranty

K9 Kennel Boss stands by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Therefore, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on K9 Kennel Boss crates to the original owner, with proof of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and any failure of moving parts under normal use.

We pledge to repair or replace (at our discretion) any product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for as long as you own your crate. If you find your product to be defective, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 589-7990 (9am-5pm PST) and we will assist you in the next steps of processing your warranty claim.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty excludes deliberate or accidental damage and does not extend to misuse, finishes, or dog damage.

Shipping Policy

FedEx ground shipping (or USPS for smaller accessories) is included in the price of all products listed on our website. We strive to ship all orders on the same or next business day after they are placed, however, during busy periods, such as after major holidays, we might need an extra day to process and ship your order. All orders ship from our Washington state warehouse and transit time will be dependent on your ship-to location. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information as soon as the item has been scanned by the carrier.

Sales Tax Policy

There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of Washington or California. Sales tax for Washington and California orders will be added at checkout once your delivery address has been entered. 

If you are a tax-exempt organization within Washington or California, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can assist with placing a tax-exempt purchase. 

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your K9 Kennel Boss purchase for any reason, you many return it at your expense within 15 days of receiving the order.

The item(s) must be unused and contain all parts and packaging included with the original shipment. Returns or exchanges are not allowed on clearance or discontinued items. To initiate a return, contact our team via phone (800-589-7990, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST) or email (info@k9kennelboss.com). 

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived for product exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled at any time before they have shipped, hassle-free and at no charge. However, since we pride ourselves on prompt shipping, if you change your mind about your purchase please contact our Customer Service Department at (800)-589-7990 (9am-5 pm PST) or email us at info@k9kennelboss.com as soon as possible to ensure we can stop your shipment without penalty.

Orders that have already been shipped are subject to our return policy. If a delivery is refused or returned as undeliverable, it will also be subject to our full return policy.

Damaged or Missing Parts Policy

Our excellent packaging and shipping practices minimize the chances of damage. However, if your merchandise does arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to report the issue and we will advise you on the next steps to resolve it. Be sure to have photos of any damage to both the product packaging and the product itself. All damage must be reported within five days of delivery to be eligible for return or exchange.

To the extent permitted by law, neither Epoch Design nor any of its employees will be liable in any way for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by you or claims made by you because of your use of this site, unavailability of this site or in connection with any of the products, services, or information advertised, offered, or supplied through this site. Epoch Design maintains the exclusive right to cancel or refuse any order without limitation, including price omission, incorrect price, typographical errors, suspicion of fraud, and delivery area restrictions.
