The pad is perfect. Fits and looks great. Will be easy to clean and wipe down. So far K9 kennel boss is my go to for anything they offer. Great company to do business with. When I originally called with questions and human answered immediately to talk to me that was sign that they would be different and easy to deal with. My original order had some shipping delays. This time UPS was used and no problems at all. They listened about the delivery issues and made a change to make it better.

Honestly these pads are awesome they fit nice tight and flat to the bottom of the crate. The cushioned top is made of very durable material. My dogs love them!!!

My dog is a shredder! This pad is comphy and indestructible ! It gives my dog soft spot to rest.

Im very happy with this product. It is very lightweight and has a fairly easy set up to unfold it. The primo pad fits perfectly and is easy to clean. The rigging works well the installation of the back wall requires two people so everyone is aware. Overall this is a solid product and I can tell it will withstand my large breed bullmastiff as he grows. One other thing I would want customers to be aware of. If you have a puppy in his first month away from the mother. He was able to get his lower jaw stuck in the door grating. It was a little scare that I had to carefully open the door and get him off without breaking his teeth. Now that he has grown slightly he can't do it anymore and most likely scared him enough to never try again. But he is a very smart breed at a young age.
